I began yoga with Erika in Autumn last year in a private class whilst awaiting the public classes. I now attend the public classes on a weekly basis and look forward every week to Wednesday nights. It began as a trial for myself to see if I would like it, and from the first class was totally taken with it.
Not only is it great for the obvious flexibility and fitness aspect, but when you concentrate on the movements and work yourself each week, you come to realise that there is no room in your mind for anything else at the same time. This gives you one guaranteed period in your week where you de-stress fully from your working lifestyle.
Erika as a teacher is hugely knowledgeable on her subject, and studying for many years has given her a knowledge beyond most, as you will sense when you meet her, and most importantly can pass on this knowledge with ease in a very caring way, and to the level of each individual's ability.
B esides its serious side, the classes are also full of fun and light-hearted banter, and you will not leave without a feeling of relaxation and fulfilment.

This with her patience and all round nice personality the attunements were a wonderful spiritual experience.
Her vast knowledge was on show here and she had no problem sharing it, to help me progress and understand.
